The Brand-New Purple60

When we started on March 1st, 2020 we had small ambitions. We just wanted to be a fun, new, all-inclusive car club operating in the Northwest Arkansas area. In January of 2022, we launched the "we love supporting the communities we operate in" campaign and began giving back to the communities we operate in.

By December of 2022 we have completed many different community outreach programs and/or events, and we had launched PurpleRC, our new Remote Control car brand, aimed at bringing more people into the hobby and just letting everyone get to have a chance to have fun in the hobby.

With all this, we realized we had outgrown our old shoes. We were scheduling more community outreach events than car-related events, we had spent a lot of effort launching PurpleRC, we really weren't a car club anymore. We decided to split the car club off of Purple60, and make it its own thing; NMT. The name "NMT" stands for "No More Tread" and is based off of Purple60's old slogan which had the same name. We needed to rebrand ourselves as a hobby brand focused on community outreach and that's what we're doing. Why a hobby brand? Well, cars and remote control cars would be considered hobbies; we also have more hobby-related stuff in the works.
