Purple60 has been aiming to host its own event for over a year. We noticed a lack of RC events in Northwest Arkansas, which left an awesome opportunity to bring one of the only RC events in NWA to Lincoln. After some work behind the scenes, we are finally able to announce it to the public.
RC Roundup will be completely free (other than concessions), free parking, free activities, and free admission; this is to ensure no one is turned away because of cost. RC is an extremely fun hobby to get into and has entry points for people of any age and any financial situation. This makes it a perfect fit for a fun event for families to indulge in.
We cannot thank the Lincoln Consolidated School District enough for the opportunity to host the event there. They have been very kind and communicative throughout the process, and we hope to work with them again in the future.
